A Zumba Gold class combines familiar dance steps without stress on the hips and knees like regular Zumba classes ! You will still move, sweat and enjoy the party at a pace everyone can follow! We combine Belly dance, Flamenco, Cha-cha, Swing and some oldies in addition to the core four Zumba rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggeton. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and don’t forget your water bottles and a towel as your gonna sweat! I can’t wait for you to Come join my Dance Party!
