About Us
Brunswick School of Dance would love to welcome you and your dancer to the beginning of another amazing and memorable year. At BSD, your dancer will learn responsibility, hard work, discipline, and the value of teamwork through performance. They will develop self-confidence and learn the personal joy and reward of doing their best. The greatest part of our studio, is that we make dance fun while still developing all the skills needed to perform at our best. We strive on developing dancers who respect one another and can work with each other through anything. Our dancers develop a greater love for music and have the opportunity to stimulate their imaginations as they learn to interpret music and movement together. Dance encourages expressions of the body and soul which builds positive character. But, most importantly, at BSD, your dancer will develop a love for dance and other art forms which will continue to follow them throughout the rest of their life.
History
Our school has grown vastly over the last 42 years in students, teachers, and experience. It started with Valerie Taylor, and our staff of trained professionals who are dedicated to their artwork and it continues to thrive under the direction of LeighAnne Sorrells. We are your school who will fight through the hardest of times to make sure to see your dancer succeed. We are here to serve you and your children with the best dance knowledge available. We hope you and your dancers decide to become part of our growing Brunswick School of Dance family.
